- This can be achieved through streamlining the business license process, permitting, and other red tape in county government. The fees associated with filing this paperwork should be reduced to the lowest possible level.

Strengthening our Non-Profits

Enhancing administrative support to established non-profits within Carroll County that execute government functions
- This could be achieved through helping non-profits procure needed resources through government contracts negotiated by the County Government or other local governments
Working to coordinate functions between non-profits enhancing service delivery to residents
Assisting non-profits in marketing services and needs to residents to help connect people to services and donations to organizations

Expansion of agriculture preservation program to achieve goal of 100,000 acres of farmland preserved
Strengthening of prohibition of solar panel construction on agricultural land
Expansion of Resource Management Division to support farmers in enhancing soil conservation and other natural resources
